DMCA Policy
My Point of Aesthetics maintains a strong commitment to respecting intellectual property rights. We value the original work of content creators and expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
As a publication focused on aesthetics and design, we understand the value of creative output. We handle all infringement claims seriously and will respond to notices that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on My Point of Aesthetics infringes your copyright, you may send us a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all the following elements to be valid:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Provide specific details, such as the title of the work and registration number if applicable.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Include the URL or other specific location on mypoa.ae where the material is found.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Do not use other email addresses, such as [email protected], for DMCA notices. Improperly submitted notices may cause delays in processing.
Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification is a legal document affirming your right to use the content. It should contain the following elements:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled. Include the URL where the material appeared before its removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district where My Point of Aesthetics may be found. You must also agree to accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
Send your counter-notification to our designated DMCA agent at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against you within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy
My Point of Aesthetics maintains a policy that provides for the termination of user accounts who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion for any reason, particularly for repeated copyright violations.
